Does Marc Jacobs Have Wallets For Men

Review: Grit Poppe," locked up "

description of buecher.de:

Never give up! Escape from the reformatory
DDR 1988: Anya's mother is an exit visa from the GDR and was arrested by the Stasi. The 14-year-old comes in a close grip, a body of youth services. Shocked by the whim of educators, the force and the drill, Anja will soon only have to flee. In fact, she manages to escape, but only for a short time. Anja always ask myself what she has actually done wrong. When she snaps out of a day, it is taken out to Torgau, in a closed institution.

My opinion:
In 1988, Anja torn from their lives. After her mother is an exit visa from the GDR, she is arrested as a state enemy, and Anja is to have done without something in a Jugendwerkshof in which they should learn to appreciate the socialist ideology and the mass fit. The question of "Why" while no one answered her.
A sad and unfortunately true point from our history is addressed in this book. Although protagonists and act freely invented, but unfortunately, they describe the then all too real life in the GDR. Not only adults were prosecuted for "subversive" opinions and actions or imprisoned, including children were not spared. Those who do not fit into the picture was re-educated and that is what should happen in this book with Anja.
The easy to understand writing style and the explanations at the end of the book, the story is as exciting as youth for adult readers.
It has a share in the feelings and thoughts of the protagonist, which made me almost homemade affected in some way.
"locked up" is a riveting, shocking, moving book with just the right mix of excitement, sadness and hope.
