have in the past two weeks, I tried to get used to restore a little of German life. It is so nice to have friends and family back with him, and I especially Houston and the weather is very miss ...

After all the important preparations, such as visa and vaccinations are done, I'm going on Friday the 14th May for 20 days make the trip to INDIA . (South India - Tamil Nadu.! Ooty )
What I comes to mind when I think of India ... Saris, millions of people, variety of colors, music, Bollywood, Curry, funny Indian accents, take off your shoes at the door, jungle, beautiful nature, poverty, human trafficking, Hinduism ... what are you thinking?

This effort is led by a team of Woods Edge Houston . Overall, we are 13 people (6 of them by Young Hope) are working together with FREEDOM FIRM.

is a non-governmental organization whose goal it is against the vile trafficking in India to act to eliminate prostitution and child! Their vision is to rescue, restore and bring to justice.

This is done in that they save underage girls, provide them with effective rehabilitation, and criminally prosecute the perpetrators of the sex trade. Our team will be involved in the After-the rescued girls. The home has established the follow-up, the Freedom Firm, the girls are provided with vocational training, education, counseling and health care in a safe environment. In addition, the girls an opportunity in the summer at an annual Camp participate ....

And that's what we're doing in INDIA. Together with the Freedom Firm employees, we will work with the girls various topics (beauty, truth, hope), eating, making music, play games and have creative handicraft work.
The whole thing will be a real CAMP, ie tents without electricity slightly higher in the mountains, which is an adventure:)

In the last two weeks I have tried to get back into my german life over here. It has been so so nice to be with friends and family again! I´ve really enjoyed this time, although I do miss Houston a lot, my friends there and the nice weather...

This friday, the 14th of May I will be in India for 20 days. After I´ve got all the preparations, like visa and shots, done I´m really looking forward to be in the South of India - Tamil Nadu - Ooty!
When I think about India there are some thigns that come into my mind...Saris, millions of people, colorful, music, bollywood, curry, funny indian accents, take off your shoes before you enter a room, The jungle, beautiful nature, poverty, human trafficking, hinduism....what comes to your mind when you think of India?

This trip will be lead by Woodsedge Houston and we (13 people, including my friends from Young Hope) will be working with Freedom Firm!

is a nonprofit organization, that seeks to eliminate child prostitution in India! Their vision is to bring rescue, restoration and justice.

This happens by rescuing minor girls, providing rehabilitation for them and prosecuting the perpetrators of sex trafficking. Our team will be involved in the after care for the girls. The after care home provides them with counceling, health care, education and job training in a safe setting. In addition the girls have the option to go to a camp every summer...

And this is what our team is going to do in India! Together with the Freedom Firm Staffs we will facilitate this camp for the girls. We´ll eat, play, sing, talk, do crafts and talk about some topcs together. All this is gonna be a real adventure, camping in the mountains... :)

Our heart aches with these girls, that have been through so much pain and agony and our hearts desire for these girls is, that they might experience the love and restoration of God and that they might be showered with his love and hope!

The theme 'Beautiful things' shall show them that God CAN make beautiful things out of their dust and ashes...

I´m am so excited about what GOd is going to do in the lives of these precious and unique girls and how He is going to use us there!

That God might really touch, heal and transform the hearts of the girls

That God might prepare our hearts and the hearts of the girls
